Profile Overview

I enjoyed a 14-year professional playing career, representing Bath, Bristol Bears, Northampton Saints, London Welsh, Zebre Parma and England Sevens. I also represented England at U18 and U20 level, gaining valuable experience in high-performance environments from a young age. Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to work under some of the game’s most respected coaches, including Sir Ian McGeechan, Gary Gold, Mike Ford and Chris Boyd, whose influence has strongly shaped my approach to leadership, player development and coaching.
My coaching experience spans senior men’s, women’s and youth rugby across both club and school environments. I have coached Chippenham RFC’s Men’s 1st, 2nd and 3rd XVs as well as the Women’s team, alongside working within the Bath Rugby Player Development Group (PDG). I have also delivered 1-to-1 coaching and been involved with Game Changer Rugby Based in Braford Up-On Avon, supporting individual player growth and skill development. In the school setting, I have coached Kingswood School’s 1st XV and U16s, with a strong emphasis on holistic player development, performance mindset and enjoyment of the game.
